By accessing or using ConvertStitch (located at convertstitch.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. License & Intellectual Property Rights
Your Designs Belong 100% to You: ConvertStitch makes no claim of ownership or copyright over any embroidery pattern, vector artwork, or digitized file that you convert using our client-side software.
- You retain all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in your original patterns.
- ConvertStitch grants you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the converter tool for both personal and commercial embroidery production.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the client-side binary parser code for fraudulent purposes.
3. Machine Disclaimer & Test Stitches
Embroidery machine formats involve complex physical variables including hoop clamping boundaries, needle thread tension, jump stitch trimmers, and fabric stabilization.
Always perform a test stitch on scrap fabric before embroidering final garments. ConvertStitch is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. We are not liable for needle breaks, machine hoop collisions, or fabric damage resulting from converted designs.
4. Third-Party Trademarks
Brother, Baby Lock, Janome, Elna, Tajima, Bernina, Melco, Pfaff, Husqvarna Viking, and Singer are registered trademarks of their respective corporate owners. ConvertStitch is an independent software tool and is not endorsed, sponsored, affiliated with, or associated with any of these equipment manufacturers.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ConvertStitch, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of business, data, or production downtime) arising out of your use or inability to use the service.
